She has a Bachelor of Public Health from Hanoi School of Public Health and a Master of Development Economics from The Vietnam - Netherlands Master's Programme, National Economics University, Vietnam. She has gained technical expertise in data management for both quantitative and qualitative studies. In addition to data management, her strengthens include site monitoring, project management.Currently, she is the Project coordinator of a NIH grant focused on implementing tobacco use treatment guidelines in community health centers in Vietnam. |
Researcher – Data Collection Coordinator lddung@isms.org.vn Mr. Dung Le has a Bachelor of Public Heath from Hanoi School of Public Health and a Master from Chulalongkom University in field of Demography. Mr. Le oversees the data collection services offered by ISMS-SC. His responsibilities include handling fieldwork logistics, ensuring that data collection follows study guidelines, and controlling data quality. He brings to this role his broad experience leading and performing data collection for a variety of research studies in Vietnam. Mr. Le has participated in more than ten research studies employing a range of methodologies. Mr. Le specializes in fieldwork preparation and coordination, site monitoring, personnel management and training, and data collection techniques. Currently, he is the Project officer of a NIH grant focused on implementing tobacco use treatment guidelines in community health centers in Vietnam. |

She has a Master in Sociology from Vietnam National University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Ms. Pham has more than 5 years’ experience in conducting public health research and has participated in many research studies both qualitative and quantitative methods. She specializes in fieldwork preparation, coordination, site monitoring and training. Moreover, her strengthens include qualitative interviewing and qualitative data management. |

Senior Researcher gtlong@isms.org.vn As senior researcher at ISMS-SC, Associate Professor. Long Giang contributes his in-depth knowledge and skills in public policy and social protection research. After earning a Master of Public Policy Master from Hitotsubashi University, Professor. Giang went on to receive a PhD in Public Policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan in 2008. His research interests are wide-ranging and include: the economics of aging, pension reforms, and intergenerational transfers; poverty alleviation and income inequality; labor, migration and remittances; human development, education access and equity; health care, health planning and health economics; M&E, impact evaluation and costing for policy intervention programs. Professor. Giang has authored and co-authored numerous publications in journals such as Development and Changes, Journal of Population Ageing, Asian Economic Journal, Asia-Pacific Development Journal, and Agriculture Economics Review. |
